Advertising and Publicity Go Hand-in-Hand

The best approach to staying healthy is a holistic one: an approach which recognizes the importance of the whole and the interdependence of all parts.  If your job is stressful, you need to get regular exercise and enjoy a healthy diet to counteract the stress.  Your body is one unit.  So is a media outlet such as a publication or website.

A media outlet cannot be successful without quality editorial content.  The better the content is, the more credible the media, the greater the circulation, and the more expensive the advertising.  The relationship is quite simple: a media outlet is one unit, just like a body.

This concept was validated by Jacob Fattal, Publisher of US Tech who wrote to me, “It was a great pleasure meeting you at the Assembly show last week in Boston.  US Tech recognizes that our readership benefits from Venmark International’s PR for its clients. Per my conversation with you and after an internal meeting with my editorial staff, US Tech would like to support Venmark International’s customers by making a special effort to print their PR. As the publisher of US Tech, I also would like to offer all Venmark International’s clients a cost reduction 40% for placing ads in US Tech.”

Jacob’s feedback and generous offer to our clients illustrates why US Tech is a successful publication and website.   It also illustrates how advertising and publicity go hand-in-hand.
