Photo by Venmark InternationalA full line of rigid couplings that come in a variety of configurations and sizes for connecting virtually any type of pump, mixer, and drive shaft is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Rigid Couplings are offered in one-, two-, and three-piece designs, with or without keyways, for connecting supported shafts and for mixers with unsupported shafts, their Dual-Keyed Couplings feature axial and annular keyways to transmit torque while restraining lateral motion. All designs can incorporate straight- or stepped-bores for mating dissimilar shafts.

Machined from high temperature alloys, stainless steel, steel, or aluminum, Stafford Rigid Couplings are available in 1” to 6” I.D. sizes with keyways formed to customer specifications. These rigid couplings are ideally suited for mixers, pumps, and other power transmission applications.

Stafford Rigid Couplings are priced according to configuration and quantity. Price quotations are available upon request.
