Listen to Your Customers and Solve Their Problems

When I received the October issue of “Fabricating & Metalworking” which featured FABTECH 2015 I was thrilled to see our client, Esco Tool featured in the section entitled “Tube & Pipe Fabrication.”

Esco F&B-CoverThere are many reasons for Esco Tool’s success. Chief among them was the philosophy of Al Brennan who purchased the company in 1975. He believed that by listening to customers you could learn what their needs are and if there were enough of them with the same problems, you could develop products to solve those problems. Esco did listen and develop problem-solving products and has become a world leader in the welding end prep business worldwide. Today the company is headed by Matt Brennan, Al’s son who has implemented his philosophy with great success.

It has been an honor to utilize my skills as a product publicist to inform the world about Esco’s products for over 38 years!

Esco’s products were featured, free of charge as NEWS, because they were presented to the media outlet in a way that helped the editor inform his readers and website viewers about the solutions they offer. That is the Venmark Advantage. There were six products included in this featured section about Tube & Pipe Fabrication and they were all represented by superior images and copy presented in a way that editors prefer.

Venmark International created those images and the press releases about these tools and has been publicizing products for Esco Tool virtually every month since 1977. We share Al Brennan’s philosophy.
